Our initial Part 1 training programme costs just £100 to sign up. The number of training hours will depend on your needs.

If you intend to gain a trainee instructor’s licence then you must complete 40 hours of training after passing the ADI part2, ability to drive.

The cost is a maximum of £1475 and then you will require an additional 20 hours of training before your first attempt at the part 3 examination. If you want to take the part 3 examination without taking out a trainee instructor’s licence you do not have to complete the minimum 40 hours of training.

When you pay the initial sign up fee you receive all the books and documents you will need to help you pass the examinations.

The initial sign-up fee is £100. After that, all sessions must prepaid by paying for 2/3 hour sessions. You can also purchase block bookings at a discounted rates.

The training for the ADI Part 1, will be mainly self-study using online teaching programmes and books. The training for ADI Part 2 & 3 will be split between in-car sessions and Zoom sessions.

Yes, after you successfully pass the ADI Part 1 & 2 and complete 40 hours of ADI Part 3 training you can apply for a trainee instructor licence that lasts for six months. This licence allows you to earn as you train.

Yes, after passing the ADI part 1(theory and hazard perception) you must pass both ADI 2 & 3 within 3 years.

There are a number of options for you here.

1. You can join a national franchise, where they would provide you with all the work, the car and any other support you need.
2. You could join a local driving school, where you would have to provide the car, but the driving school will provide you with the work.
3. Alternatively, you could decide to become an independent instructor, where you would provide the car and have to source the work yourself.

You could use your existing car and fit dual controls, buy a new car and fit it with dual controls or take out a monthly lease for a car with dual controls already installed.

If you take out a franchise with a national or large school, they should take care of most of your needs. If you want to be more independent, you will require additional training in marketing, sales, and instructor development. This can be sourced after training is complete if required.

The current national pass rates for the examinations is between 30% to 35%
